He is survived by: his wife Martie; his children, Sara and Andrew (Josh) of Phoenix; his brother Ed Combs (Loren) of Phoenix; and his nieces and nephews, Cristin (Jason) of Florida, Taylor and Aubrey. He is also survived by cousins and numerous friends.
