He is survived by: his close friend Anne Paulus; his children, Brian Rulapaugh (Emily) and Karen Rulapaugh (Fred); his brother Ken Rulapaugh (Pat); his brother-in-law Bruce Corstange; Mistie Tefft (Jacob) and Nicole Johnson (Ken). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
