He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Rao. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Rao; his sons, Michael Rao and Derek Rao (Holly); and his siblings, Joseph M Rao (Mickey), John Rao and Johanna Heredia. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and granddogs.
