He was predeceased by: his parents, Xin-Jen Chang and Han-Chen Chang. He is survived by: his wife Lan Ju "Teresa" Chang; and his children, Helen Hall (Mike) and Peter Chang (Amanda). He is also survived by two sisters; one brother; two grand-dogs; and two grand-cats.
