He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Maggie. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Morrison (Dee) of Pennsylvania; his children, Barbara J Bolar (Michael) of Scottsdale, AZ, Mary L Fox of Ozark, MO, John D Fox (Kaitlyn) of Indianapolis, IN and Michael J Fox (Erica) of Hemet, CA.; his grandchildren, Dana, Libby, Ellory, Brody (Rachel), Holden, Karlynn, Jocelyn, Charlotte and Alexandra; and his great grandchildren, Auden and Ira.
