He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Harper and Edna Harper; his wife Phyllis Green; his daughters, Kimberly (Dan), Amy (Les) of Wasilla, AK, Kathryn (Dan) of Eagle River, AK and Elizabeth (Tim) of Mechanicsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Ashley, Anthony, Dominic of Avery, RJ and Sarah; and his nieces, Beth and Laura.
