He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Minnick and Frances Minnick; and his former life partner Sharon. He is survived by : his wife Edna Minnick; his brother Ron Minnick Lock Springs (Pam); his nephews, Jerad Minnick Monrovia, MD (Rebecca), Aaron Minnick (Kathy) and Scott Minnick (Katie); his niece Emilee Geldart (Dan); and his great-nephew Ron.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lock Springs Fire Protection Association which Tom has supported and been active in since it's 1971 incorporation.
