She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas; her daughter Kellie; and her grandson Tony. She is survived by: her siblings, Chuck, Helen, Joe, Liz, Mary and John; her sons, Steven (Kris) and Daniel; her son-in-law Steven Whitehead; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Brookie, Andrew (Sarah), Kevin (Sandra), David, Stacy, Chelsea (Tim), Nicole (Sven), Matthew, Rachel, Annie and Joseph. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to: Autism Speaks, American Cancer Society, or Buckeye Animal Rescue and Kennel (BARK).
