He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Willard and Marian Chio; and his brother Terry Chio. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Doughty; and his brothers, Tom (Marlene) and David Chio (Debby). He is also survived by brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
