He was predeceased by: his parents, Christina "Sally" and Wilbert "Yaya"; his wife Carol Ann Gately; his sister Shirley Carl; and his siblings-in-law, Helen and George Gately.
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Anna), Kim Konrad (Mark) and Amy Kelly; his grandchildren, Lynn Laforge (Chris), Kate, John, Hannah, Ashley, Beau, Parker, Lulu and Archie; his caregivers, Renee and Angela; and his friend Blaine Green.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to The Wally Kelly Foundation (http://www.thewallykellyfoundation.org), founded by his grandchildren Ashley and Beau, and the desire to promote youth sports for underprivileged children.
