He is survived by: his wife Laurel Leff; his children, Jeffrey of Honolulu, HI and Amy of Scottsdale, AZ; his grandson Max of Scottsdale, AZ; his siblings, Anne Ferry (Mike) of Brunswick, ME, Mary Rose Eslinger (Frank) of South Bend, IN and John Eslinger (Rita) of South Bend, IN; his siblings' children, Emily Ferry, Michael Ferry, Jr. (Hilary) and Michael Devleeschower; his friend Laurel; and his caregivers, Dr. Leslie Thomas, Dr. Scott Cheney, Dr. Bilal Ansari and Michiana Hematology.
