He is survived by: his parents, Alan and Donna; his sister Victoria (Tori); his former wife Rhiannon Baca Worthing; his son Brooks Alan Worthing; his grandparents, Memere Evelyn Robichaud and Pepere Louis Robichaud; his uncles, Rick Robichaud (Linda Nadeau), Ray Robichaud and David Worthing; his aunt Linda O'Connor (James O'Connor); and his cousins, Michael Cosgrove (Beth Winters), Janet Cosgrove Davis (Brad Palmer), Jeffery Worthing (Ellen Zinck), Peter Worthing (Angie Anderson), Karen Worthing, Nathan Worthing (Alizah Shriver), Joanne Mosellen (Chris Mosellen), Jason Robichaud (Emily Looser), Kevin O'Connor, Brendan O'Connor, Casey O'Connor and James O'Connor.

In lieu of flowers a scholarship fund has been set up for Zack's son, Brooks.
