He was predeceased by: his sister Christine. He is survived by: his parents, Bob Lulay and Alma Lulay; his girlfriend Juliet Trnka; his friend John; his sister Lisa; and his children, Pasha and Jacob. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
