She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Jensen and Gilbert Jensen. She is survived by: her husband Randy Quade; her children, Cara and Jed Quade; her grandchildren, Sydney, Aiden, Nathan and Aaron; and her siblings, Mary Jensen, Pam Weger, John Jensen and Scott Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's hospital, a cancer research foundation, or to one of the three hospice programs in the White Mountains.
