He is survived by: his mother Anita Pearl Clark (Farr); his siblings, Frank Clark (Teresa Clark), Susan Clark, Bonnie Phillips (Jay Phillips) and Wesley Clark; and his children, Douglas Clark (Je Clark), Heath Clark, Stephen Clark (Kim Clark), Gavin Clark, Kaitl Clark and Savannah Wiseman (David Wiseman). He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren.
