Though Fred may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie and Roy; and his sister Lisa. He is survived by: his wife Teri; his children, Tanya and Jacob; his grandchildren, Titus, Melody and Amaiya; and his siblings, Mike Pipher, Constance White and Roy Carrigan. He is also survived by many extended family members, colleagues, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
