He was predeceased by: his sister Jo Taylor. He is survived by: his mother Linda Louise Collins (VanHoof); his wife Loru Kishbaugh-Collins; his children, Natalie McKibbin (Cooper), Lori Kishbaugh, Tucker Collins and Amber Collins; his father Paul Collins; and his siblings, Phillip Collins, Donald Collins, Rose Hatfield and Julie Coffman. He is also survived by his family, his fire brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Owens Livingston Mortuary~white Mountain Chapel (320 N 9th St, Show Low, AZ 85901). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Show Low High School (500 W Old Linden Rd, Show Low, AZ 85901).
