With sadness, we share the passing of Sharon Loy (Show Low, Arizona). Sharon, born on August 19, 1942 in Stanford, Illinois, passed away on August 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Schmidgall and Dorene Schmidgall; her husbands, Robert "Bob" Midyett Jr. and Roger Loy; her sisters, Marcia Doss and Georgia Loy; her brother-in-law Dick; her brother Joe Schmidgall; and her brother-in-law Ron Howard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joy Sinclair and Karen Francis (Jeremy); her grandchildren, William Hough, Noah Francis and Belén Francis; and her sister Phyllis Howard.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the White Mountain Dream City Church (4703 Vallery Ln, Lakeside, AZ 85929).
