He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Watkins and Olga Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Verna Watkins; his children, Letitia Wright, Mona Caldwell (Brian) and Alan Watkins (Mollie); and his siblings, Patricia Berg and Michael Watkins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Southern Arizona Veterans' Memorial Cemetery (1300 S Buffalo Soldier Trail, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635).
