He was predeceased by: his wife Emma Fortner. He is survived by: his children, Toni Brouillard (John) and Thomas Fortner (Tanya); his grandchildren, Victoria Fortner (PA), Jacob Fortner (AZ), Kyle Thompson (AZ), Nicholas Crowley and Christiana Crowley (TX); his niece Leslee Holt (Del); and his great-nephew Richard Holt (Tracy).
