He is survived by : his children, Jeff Dean of Sierra Vista, Arizona, Cheryl Kennedy of Tucson, Arizona and Sandi Dean of Simi Valley, California; his grandson Bradley Kennedy of Tucson, Arizona; and his sister Shelba Halstead of Summersville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
