She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Bryant and Ada Bryant; her children, Julie and Brett; her daughter-in-law Kathy; and her close friend Darrell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Louis, Jim, Ruby and George; and her husband Darrell Lake Brimhall. She is also survived by 11 children, 53 grandchildren, 94 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Snowflake Heritage Foundation in Hazel's name.
