He was predeceased by: his parents, Rial Freeman and Faun Freeman (Standifird); his son John Freeman; and his siblings, George "Bud", Jennine, Dixie, Shirley, Marilyn and Sally.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Freeman; his children, Stephanie Hunt (John), Debi Shaffer (Dean), Darla Freeman and Elizabeth Hughes (Mike); his stepchildren, Ray, Rena, Ryan, Ranona, Renae, Loy and Lorette; Deanna Freeman and Ruth Ann Freeman. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1501 N Kinsley Ave, Winslow, AZ 86047).
