He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Jackson Pittman and Maxine Elizabeth Pritchard; his daughters, Lynnette Carter and D'Anne Boswell; his siblings, Ed, Jerry and Carlotta; and his pet Tiny. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
