She is survived by: her husband Willis Ray Spanicek; her children, Noma (Kevin), Quentin (Tammy), Justin, KaLean and LaDean (Vincent); her siblings, Kathy (Monty), Darrell (Christy), Delbert (Pam) and Eunice; and her precious kitty Baby Cakes. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
A private ceremony will be held at Sun City West Foundation, 14465 R.H. Johnson Blvd. Sun City West, AZ. 85375.
