She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlson Osgood and Lillian Osgood (Evans); her husband Jim; and her stepdaughter Linda Johnston. She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Hawkins; and her stepson Ron Hingston. She is also survived by several cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Peoria (or) Pristine Hospice.
