She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Jamnik and Carol Jamnik (Jensen); her son Tyler; her brothers, John and Mark; and her grandson Pax.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Grace; her sons, Austin Grace (Lindi) of Glendale, AZ and Nolan Grace (Ashlee) of Berthoud, CO; her grandchildren, Bennett, Everlee and Parker; her niece Allison Snyder (Chris) of Maitland, FL; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Norah and Collette. She is also survived by two aunts; several cousins; and countless dear friends, coworkers, neighbors, and the many new friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Therese's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, supporting children and families facing serious illness, or to the Storm to Strength Initiative (https://stormtostrength.org.), assisting families impacted by the Kankakee tornado.
