It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Luther Sargent of Sun City, Arizona, who passed away on November 27, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther H. Sargent and Gloria Sargent; and his son Daniel S. Sargent. He is survived by: his wife Janet E. Sargent; his daughter Laura A. Geyer (Clayton S. Geyer); his grandchildren, Shawn C. Geyer, Amber N. Felix, Tyler D. Geyer, Jordan G. Geyer and Ryann N. Sargent; his great grandchildren, Blake O. Geyer, Bentley Felix and Ronald Felix; and his sister Linda Knueve.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to a veterans' organization in honor of David's service.
