He is survived by: his children, David Leyse (Carla) and Diane Leyse (Todd Anderson); his granddaughter Katie Smith (Joe); his great grandchildren, Gunner and Brynlee Smith; his grandson Jon Leyse (Bethany); and his great grandchild Baby Leyse.
