He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Middleton and Janie J. Middleton; and his siblings, Nicodemus, Frank, Melvin, Christopher Middleton, Sally Simmon, Evelina Capers, Julia Gordon, Dorothy Middleton and Gloria Middleton.
He is survived by: his son Mark Tanna Middleton; his wife Kaylavon Middleton; his children, Latisha Walker of San Diego, CA and Maurice Walker of Phoenix, AZ; his siblings, Freddie Middleton (Mary) of Charleston, SC, James Earl Middleton (Shirley) of Clinton, MD and Vernell C. Middleton of Ravenel, SC; and his father-in-law Arnold Webb (Anita) of San Mateo, CA. He is also survived by grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his beloved church family.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Menke Funeral & Cremation Center (12420 N 103rd Ave, Sun City, AZ 85351).
