She was predeceased by: her parents, Chancy Smith and Roene Smith; her husband Mason Hooker; her sisters, Wilma Lee and Donna; and her grandchildren, Justin and Alyssa.
She is survived by: her children, Randy (Addie), Sheryl (Duane) and Greg (Renee); and her siblings, Raymond (Judy), Darlene, Patty (Bill) and Debbie. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
