Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Rose leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William England and Catherine England; her brother William England; and her children, Matthew Joseph Vogel, Michele Marie Guerin and Margaret Ann Benson.
She is survived by: her children, Michael George Vogel, Martin Thomas Vogel and Mary Vogel-Levendi; and her husband Howard.
She made a lasting impact through volunteerism with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, the Sodality of St. Joachim and St. Anne Church in Sun City, and the Heritage Foundation. She also donated to countless charities such as the Wounded Warrior Project, Police Federations, Doctors Without Borders, Christian Appalachian Project, and the Southwest Indian Foundation to name a few.
