She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Balmes and Arleen Balmes; her husband Robert Sapp (Bob); her son Bart Wells Sapp; and her siblings, Hank Balmes, Don Balmes, Royleen Williams (Chickie) and Mary Val Case.
She is survived by: her daughter Shawn Heaton of Glendale; her grandsons, Roy Sapp of Peoria and Stan Sapp of Peoria, Arizona; her siblings, La Rae Kieffer (John) of Buckeye, Arizona and Dale Balmes of Sun City; and her sisters-in-law, Willy Balmes of Buckeye and Jeri Balmes of Sun City, Arizona.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Menke Funeral & Cremation Center (12420 N 103rd Ave, Sun City, AZ 85351). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hazelton Memorial Cemetery (23100 W Broadway Rd, Buckeye, AZ 85326).
