He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Hayes and Elizabeth Hayes (Cleveland); and his siblings, Edward, Joseph, John and Jeanne Kellogg.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy of Glendale; his children, Thomas Hayes (Abby) of Clermont, Kimberly Barbera (Steven) of Glendale and Stephanie Singer (Chris) of Glendale, Arizona.; and his grandchildren, Taylor Torres (Nick), Ryan Hayes-Singer (Kendall), Sydney Barbera, Joseph Weaver (Nathan), Kendall Barbera and Carson Hayes-Singer. He is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.
