It is with sadness that the passing of Jack Douglas Stewart of Sun Lakes, Arizona is shared. Jack, born on August 2, 1937, passed away on October 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Stewart and Fanny Stewart (Winebarger); his wife Joann Stewart; his brothers, Robert Stewart, Charles Stewart, Gerald Stewart and Curtis James Stewart; his brother-in-law Michael McConnell; and his grandsons, Brian Mundy and Edward Le Blanc.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dorene Dyer (Kevin), Jacqueline Vanderslice (Bruce), Charlene Sams (Saul Jarkunas) and Andrea McShane (Frank); his grandchildren, Mark Mundy (Amy), Julie Krause (Daniel), Jamie Smith (Tim), Michael Dyer, Kristi Geib (Jeff), Ryan Vanderslice (Jenny), Danielle Le Blanc, Shane McShane, Ronan McShane, Gannon McShane and Irelynn McShane; his siblings, Ronnie Stewart (Laura) and Judy McConnell; and his sisters-in-law, Joy Stewart, Pat Stewart, Jean Stewart and Elena Stewart. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary (200 W Beardsley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A reception will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
