He is survived by: his children, Janelle Berger (Leone) and Jocelyn O'Sullivan (Leone); the mother of his children Janet Leone; and his grandchildren, Tara Berger, Sam Berger, Catherine O'Sullivan, Victoria O'Sullivan and James O'Sullivan.
