He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Smith and Ethel Smith (Hale); his son Jerry Glenn Smith (Debra); his grandson Keith; and his son-in-law Phil Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, JoHanna Curtis of Thatcher, Bobbie Grider (Mark) of Springtown and Tommy Simmons (Mona) of Elfrida, Arizona.; and his grandchildren, Shaun Jensen (Gwen), Kristi McQuillan, Shamblee Power, Shafter Bailey (Amanda), Samuel Curtis (Emily), Tamara Craig, Kasandra Dahl (Josh), Jacob Smith, Corilynn Oxendine (Matt), Cari Ann Brantner (Ross) and Cody (Brittany).
