He was predeceased by: his father Frank Simone Warrick; and his nephew Nathan Dencs. He is survived by: his son David Warrick; his sister Francie Eveland (Gary); his sibling's children, Kristin Cox (Dale) and Richard Dencs (Meghan); his friend Gene Cheek (Cindy); and his pet Jerry. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
