She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Frei, Sr.; her parents, Carmine Luongo and Carmella Luongo; and her siblings, Carmine Luongo and Mary Ann Musella.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Frei Jr., Patti Capps and Barbara Horton; her grandchildren, Deanne Frei, Ryan Capps, Angela Scott and Faith Horton; her great grandchildren, Lexi, John, Troy, Jack and Vinnie Scott; her nieces and nephews, Giacomo, Kevin Musella, Lisa Rico and Tracey Schrader; and her great-nieces, Maria, Giulia and Danielle Musella.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Millie's memory to Hospice of the Valley, a cause that was close to her heart.
