He is survived by : his father Larry Hoke of Gilbert, AZ; his wife Carin of Tempe, AZ; his daughters, Bethany, Alyssa of Tempe, AZ, Emily of Las Vegas, NV, Jennifer (David) of Muscatine, IA and Nicole (Kyle) of Overland Park, KS; his siblings, Debbie White of Hawarden, IA, Becky (Andrew Segler) of Lookout Mountain, GA and David (Lynette) of Knoxville, IA; and his grandson David Ryan Hallett. He is also survived by his aunt.
