He is survived by: his mother Judy Marie Derrick Davis of LaVergne, Tennessee; his wife Ana Valadez; his daughter Courtney Galaz (Anthony) of Tucson, Arizona; his grandchildren, Jordan, Joseph and Jaxon; his stepchildren, Vianey Lorely Gonzalez, Karen Rocio Gonzalez, Anna Jocelynne Gonzalez and Luis Angel Valadez; his stepgrandchildren, Leah Lorely Vazquez, Liam Charles Alexander and William Robert Vazquez; his sisters, Deborah Black of Apache Junction and Faith Martin (Charles); and also Jamison Siebert (Christy).
