We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2025, at the age of 64, Booker T Washington (Tempe, Arizona) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Booker departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Booker may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Booker leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Sylvester Washington; and his wife Marianne. He is survived by: his mother Luvina Washington; and his children, Kevin, Carlie and Jacob. He is also survived by five siblings; and eleven nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Tempe Mortuary (405 E Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282).
