She is survived by: her husband Edgar Dale Jacobsen (Jake); her children, Jeffery Lee (Charlene) of Phoenix, Joey Lane (Patti) of Omaha, NE and Jerri Fletcher of Phoenix; her grandchildren, John Fletcher (Desi) of Alexandria, VA, Ely Fletcher (Heather) of Monument, CO, Sara Fletcher (Cheyanne) of Panama City, FL, Nicholas Jacobsen (Kristina) of Fort Worth, TX, Turner Jacobsen of Phoenix, Codi Jacobsen of Oklahoma City, OK, Shelbi Jacobsen of Omaha, NE and Easton Jacobsen of Phoenix; and her stepgrandchildren, Derek Snyders of Omaha, NE and Dia Roelle (Justin) of North Platte, NE. She is also survived by 10 Great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
