He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister-in-law Nicole Curtis (Straker); his nephew Ashton of Washington, IL; his great-grandparents, Ken and Lory Ellerbrock of Phoenix, AZ; his grandparents, Arlene, Bill Baker of Tucson, AZ, Joye, Robert Simons, Lloyd Eertmoed of Pekin, IL and Joyce Curtis of Odebolt, IA; his aunts, Felicia Majewski (Curtis) of Kansas City, KS and Theresa Cutting (Curtis) of Eureka, MO; his godmother Sherrie Somers (Heirman) of Streetman, TX; his close friend Branden White (Nicole) of Pekin, IL; his significant other Makaila Brunson of Peoria, IL.; and his grandfather Vietnam Veteran Curtis (Joyce) of Tremont, IL. He was also cherished by friends including his brother.

Chris was very invested in the well being of Veterans and would be honored for memorial contributions to be made to help Veterans in need.
