It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chuck Koos of Tempe, Arizona, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman Koos and Grace Koos; his brother Robert Koos; and his great grandchild Landon Codina. He is survived by : his wife Eileen Koos (Vacek); his children, Linda Jackson (Mark), Doreen Schroeder (Ken), Donna Bowen (Brad) and David Koos (Jennifer); and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Koos, Louise Vacek, Renae Vacek, Allan Vacek and William Hanna. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
