Curtis "Lucky" Luchtefeld passed away on September 7, 2026, in Tempe, Arizona. He was born in Effingham, Illinois, on August 27, 1966, to Vincent and Shirley Luchtefeld.

Lucky is survived by his brothers and sister: Anthony (Caroline) Luchtefeld, Joe (Julie) Luchtefeld, and April Luchtefeld. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers, Kenneth and Franklin.
