He was predeceased by: his father David Lee Walker; and his sister Sarah Walker. He is survived by: his mother Clara Shaw (Chase); his wife Kusunda L Walker of Tempe Arizona; his children, Destyne Freeman, Kusunda K Walker of Tempe Arizona and Antonio Freeman of Tempe Arizona; his stepfather Leo Shaw of Ohio; and his sister Jennifer Crawford (James) of Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
