It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Duncan of Tempe, Arizona, who passed away on December 1, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Glenn Foote and Alice Irma Foote (Devore); her husband Jerry Don Duncan; her son Steven; and her in-laws, T. C. and Ruby Duncan (Moore).
She is survived by: her children, Scott (Kalli), Brian (Paula), Rebecca Shivers (Randy), David (Vivian), Nathan (Megan), Diana Rowley (Cade) and Troy (Sandra); her brother James E. Foote; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Dale Duncan (Linda). She is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
