It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Louis Berns (Tempe, Arizona), who passed away on April 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Lanoue Berns; his parents, Ernest Berns and Beatrice Berns; his brothers, Robert Berns and Joseph Berns; his sister-in-law Joyce Berns; and his grandson Richard Berns.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Karen Berns; and his children, James Berns (Linda), Mary Pat Raher (Mike), Julie Bruggeman (David), Mike Connors (Brian), Joseph Berns, Jacqueline Berns-Carmichael (Mick), Richard Berns (Chris), Barbara Morris (William) and Andrea Berns. He is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren with two on the way, and two great-great grandchildren.
