We are sad to announce that, on April 15, 2023, at the age of 74, George Richard Wiegand (Tempe, Arizona), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Joseph Wiegand, Jr. and Dorothy Louise Wiegand (George). He is survived by: his wife Denise of Tempe, AZ; his siblings, Keith Wiegand (Nora Miller) of Tucson, AZ, Claire McConaha (John), Judy Scherrer (Robert) of Whitehall, PA and Andrea Meyer (Thomas); and his nieces and nephews, Allison, Samantha, Lauren, Eric, Joey and Regis.

In lieu of flowers, donations to no-kill animal rescues organizations (cats or dogs) or a charity of your choice.
